A free shuttle bus runs up to 8 times daily to Perisher Resort, eliminating the need for parking. Ski & snowboard equipment hire is available on site, along with ski storage. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry, luggage storage, and a shared lounge/TV area.

All heated rooms at Ski Rider Hotel include a wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom. Rates are charged per person, not based on the room type, allowing flexible occupancy. If the number of guests booked is less than the maximum occupancy, the hotel may reassign to a smaller room.

The free shuttle bus offers a daytime service to Perisher up to 8 times daily, with pick-up and drop-off at the hotel.
